au premier abord j ai tiqué en voyant une gousse comme pourrie puis en bouche un gout subtilement sucré.je le mange comme une gourmandise avec une feuille de salade parce que dans un saladier il faut en mettre beaucoup pour retrouver le gout.

une découverte, déroutante cette couleur noire à première vue, vraiment très intéressant gustativement ensuite, fin et délicat, complètement différent de l'ail blanc, j'ai profité de la promo parce-que ça reste cher comme produit
